Delete your account

Open Time

You can permanently delete your Open Time account and everything in it at any time, from inside the app. It takes effect immediately.

From the app

Open Open Time and sign in.
Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
Under Account, tap Delete account.
Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete forever.

Want a copy first? In the same screen, tap Export backup before deleting.

What gets deleted

Your account and email address
All your tasks, categories, time estimates, closed time, plans and settings

Nothing is kept afterward. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

Can't sign in?

Email hello@opentime.work from the address on your account and ask for it to be deleted. It will be done within 7 days, and you'll get a reply when it's finished.

Not using an account?

If you use Open Time without an account, your data exists only on your device. Clearing your browser's data for opentime.work, or uninstalling the app, removes it.
