The short version: Open Time is free and provided as-is. Use it kindly, keep your own backups of anything important, and don't try to break it for others.
Using Open Time
You're welcome to use Open Time for personal, school or work planning. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Your account
- Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Use a real email address you can access, so you can recover your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Your content
What you type into Open Time is yours. You give Open Time only the permission it needs to store it and show it back to you. See the privacy policy for how it's handled.
Please don't
- Try to access other people's accounts or data
- Attack, overload, or probe the service for weaknesses without permission
- Create accounts automatically or in bulk
- Use Open Time for anything illegal
Accounts that do these things may be removed.
No guarantees
Open Time is a free project, offered as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. It may occasionally be unavailable, and features may change. Data loss is unlikely, but please export a backup of anything you can't afford to lose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Open Time and the person who runs it aren't liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, missed deadlines or other harm arising from using or being unable to use the service.
Changes and ending the service
These terms may be updated, with the new date shown above. If Open Time ever shuts down, there will be notice on the home page and time to export your data first.
